Mr. Huo Qingfu, born in 1975, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in China. He worked as project manager at Da Hua Certified Public Accountants LLP from July 1998 to March 2001, as director of Internal Audit at Shanghai Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. from April 2001 to January 2007, and as general manager of the Finance Department at Shanghai Industrial Pharmaceutical Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. from February 2007 to March 2008. Mr. Huo joined MicroPort? in April 2008, and currently serves as senior vice president of investment and finance.
