Mr. Jonathan Chen, born in 1975, is an American national and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and an honors bachelor degree in Biological Sciences from Stanford University. Jonathan served as vice president of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, and senior vice president of Business Development and Financial Strategy at Angiotech Pharmaceuticals. Jonathan joined MicroPort? in 2012 as executive vice president of International Business and Investor Relations, and now serves as chief international business officer, chairman of the Intercontinental Cardiac Rhythm Management Committee, and a member of the Intercontinental Orthopedics Executive Committee at MicroPort?. Jonathan has been chairman of Endovastec? since November 2023.
